The 13th is an independent music label that focuses on identifying and developing music artists that span across all genres. It was founded by multi- platinum, grammy nominated music producers , Andrew “Dru Brett” Harr and Jermaine “Mayne Zayne” Jackson also known as The Runners, in 2021.

  • ANDREW HARR

    Andrew “Dru Brett" Harr spent his childhood in the smoky mountains of North Carolina and eventually partnered with his childhood friend, Mayne, to form a production duo, The Runners with their love of anything having to do with music. Their first success came in 2005, producing "Hustlin", by Rick Ross. Dru and Mayne continued their careers by producing songs for famous artists like Rihanna, DJ Khaled, Usher, Justin Bieber, Jon Legend, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Machine Gun Kelly, and Jessie Reyes.

    They founded the Numbers Don't Lie publishing entity in 2006 and began signing producers and writers adding songs to their catalog by Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Kygo, Meek Mills, and more. Numbers Don't Lie has been around for over a decade and was revamped in 2020, as a joint venture with Warner Chappell.

    Realizing there was a lack of artist development in the music business Dru and Mayne formed the label imprint, The 13th, in 2021 with a primary focus on identifying and developing talent .

  • JERMAINE JACKSON

    Jermaine, "Mayne" Jackson grew up with music in his family. His father was a first chair clarinet player in high school, his mother was a piano teacher and he played drums in his mother's church. At the age of 15, Mayne built his own music studio in the family's residence.

    After graduating high school Mayne enrolled in Full Sail Academy in Orlando, FL and partnered with his childhood friend, Andrew “Dru Brett” Harr, to form the production duo The Runners. Their first success came in 2005, producing "Hustlin", by Rick Ross. Mayne and Dru continued their careers by producing songs for famous artists like Rihanna, DJ Khaled, Usher, Justin Bieber, Jon Legend, Lil Wayne, Chris Brown, Machine Gun Kelly, and Jessie Reyes.

    They founded the Numbers Don't Lie publishing entity in 2006 and began signing producers and writers adding songs to their catalog by Beyonce, Kelly Clarkson, Kygo, Meek Mills, and more. Numbers Don't Lie has been around for over a decade and was revamped in 2020, as a joint venture with Warner Chappell. Mayne is a partner in the 13th, and his primary focus is on developing talent through his extensive background in music production.

  • JOSH WINDT

    Josh Windt grew up in NJ, a fan of NJ natives, Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi. Even as a young kid he loved all varieties of music with aspirations of one day being in the music business.

    Josh became a college music promoter, talent buyer, and an organizer of festival sales, booking artists that ranged from electronic, pop, and hip-hop across major college campuses.  His marketing skills brought him to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, booking and promoting show with artists like Marshmello, DJ Snake, Alesso, Waka Flaka, Quinn XCII, and many more.  Realizing his true passion lied in artist management, he began representing electronic artists like Party Thieves, touring him on several continents. 

    With his knack for identifying talented artists and managing artists over the years, Josh was appointed the position as President of The 13th upon inception in 2021.
